Nice Machine let down by problematic WiFi connection. I have tried many times and was unable to connect to SmartThings.

This product is one of the quietest washing machines I've ever struggled to hear. It's quick, efficient and it's very well put together. Our old machine used to make a weekly March across the laundry room floor. This one stays put and it doesn't make a peep... until it's done, at which point it plays the happiest tune. The first time I heard it, I almost expected the washing get out and parade itself around the kitchen, just like in a good Disney film. A really great product. If you're on a budget, I'd say this is well worth the extra push!

Great product But took hours to change from German to English

Great machine. I was a bit apprehensive of the 1409 spin as my old machine was a 1600 but this is equally, if not better, with regards to a 1600! Add wash drawer is a great feature in a family home where someone always runs in to the room with some washing they’ve forgotten to give you! All in all it’s a great machine with many additional features and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Great machine, lots of useful programmes. Nice and quiet.

This replaced our previous 10yr old Samsung washer and like that one, this is proving to be an excellent buy. More modern design with wi-fi connectivity and the ability to control from the SmartThings app, plus the built-in display. Really like the AutoDose feature, a real time saver. Love the end of program tune that Samsung play too!

Easy to use and has a helpful app

Best washing machine that I have owned by far. I love the automatic dosing of detergent and fabric conditioner, saves me a fortune due to the wife's habit of always putting half a bottle of conditioner in each wash. It looks good too. The add wash is a handy feature. It's also quiet, like so quiet you'll forget it's even on. So it's got tons of handy, easy to use features, but what about its cleaning ability. Well, so far it's outstanding. It does a fantastic job on all clothing. Highly recommended. 5 STARS.
