Fantastic washing machine. Very quiet and clothes, towels, bed sheets etc come out so much cleaner than my old one. Would definitely recommend!

Washing machine is lovely. Dropped a star for being high tech and I like simple old school products. Very quiet machine, looks stylish. Love and used the door opening for dropped socks!

The washing machine is lovely it’s really quiet! I didn’t realise how bad my old machine was till we had the new one installed. I don’t use the auto dispenser as I like pods.

I have to admit I’m impressed with this machine because although it is not the most expensive it certainly has some great features such as the door flap for stuff you forgot. I do like the WiFi feature it’s just that you still have to actually press start on the machine for the program to start, so frankly you might as well have set it on the machine itself. Its mid- range price is good as you get what you pay for especially as it comes with a five year warranty. Note: you’ll probably have to phone to apply the warranty as the Samsung website crashes every time

Bought this machine 18 Months ago. Drum stuck, broke down, Called Samsung to book repair after four days called me back thinking it was a dryer. Still not got an engineer booked. This is after two previous calls I made lasting 45 minutes Explaining what was wrong. Very poor Customer support so far. Very disappointed.

Excellent, looks good, washes really well, lots of wash options. I can't recommend highly enough.

Really good washing machine

Love this machine. 9kg drum is big enough for a family of 4. We use the SmartThings App every day which tells us the best wash for our load. After years of not being able to talk during the spin cycle, this machine is so quiet you don’t even know it is there. Smart dose is clever too, meaning it only uses the amount of detergent required. Highly recommended
