Brilliant item the clothes seem to get really clean. Not particularly noisy either. Only problem is that the normal cycles are quite long, however you can do a speedy wash of 15mins or 30 mins.

Easy to install, set up and the phone app let's me tailer washes to my needs by telling the washing machine the types of clothing being washed and how dirty the clothes are. I have used the little door a couple times now, quite useful.

Great machine! This is my second Samsung washing machine. My previous one which I also purchased from AO lasted 13yrs! I’m loving the upgraded model, especially the detergent & softener doser ???? you just pop in your liquid and the machine decides how much it needs to use for that wash. I clearly used too much detergent before as it’s lasting ages now, so I’m saving money too ????

Best washing machine ever

The new Samsung is a step up from the previous model - it’s easier to use and so quiet. Although I can see the wisdom of just filling up the machine with detergent and softener and letting it do it’s thing - it’s kind of annoying to always be reminded irge detergent is empty as I use washing sheets that are better for the environment. It’s a shame it’s not built to work with powder.

Very good product, very happy with it already. The smart features are amazing.

Love! Love! Love! Best washing machine I’ve had so far, you fill up your softener and detergent drawer, and the machine decides how much to use with each wash! It has a program for everything even towels! And…my fave part…if you drop a sock and realise after you’ve already started the wash, you can use your little ‘add wash’ door to put it in! Like I said Love! Love! Love!

The washing machine is excellent and the only reason I gave a 4 star and not 5 Star is that the Add Wash cover is dark which makes it harder to see the status of the washing unless you fully bend over
