Awesome product and incredibly efficient delivery!!

Our last washing machine lasted us 13 years in a busy household of 3 children under 17 and my self. So wanted something that is reliable, robust and economical to use. I believe we have bought exactly that with this Samsung model, very easy to use. A wide range of cycles to choose from and adapting them to our requirements. Now that I have been using for a few weeksI fully recommended it

This washing machine is quiet and we are very pleased with how well it washes our clothes. The spin is ultra efficient so it is easy to dry the clothes and they air dry quickly, even towels. Once we have worked out how to turn off the tune which plays at the end of the cycle, we will be even happier!

What a brilliant washing machine! This machine is so clever, it has washing liquid and softener dispensers in the drawer, fill them up and the machine automatically adds to the wash and the rinse. This machine is so quiet, if you have open plan area it’s perfect. Lots of different programs and an amazing quickwash of 15 minutes. Each program has variable temperature and spin speeds . Another clever thing is the add to feature, it’s a small separate portal that you can add that missing sock or item that you forgot to put it without starting the cycle from the beginning. Cannot fault this machine at all and highly recommend it.

Excellent product well designed with all the necessary functions required and the most silent machine I’ve ever owned. Energy efficient and low running costs.

Great machine. Quiet, stable, cleans brilliantly.

Overall its really good. The only issue - which was cited in other reviews - is that the timings usually change after putting the cycle on. For example, the cotton wash will estimate a 2hrs 20min cycle time. Once it starts, depending on the size of the load, it could jump to 3hrs 30min. Not a major issue but hopefully something that gets fixed further down the line.

Love the add wash feature! No more mucky detergent draw
