Did not really need the automatic dispenser, I spend a lot of time stopping/starting this. Delicates wash leaves delicates sodden. Cannot change from 400 rpm. Do like ability to pop in extra items.

Bought this to replace a Miele we'd had for years. Wanted an energy saving, environmentally friendly machine. Basically it is 'over the top' with the amount of specific functions and programmes. I can't imagine that I will ever use half most of them. I can't find an 'easy care' programme to wash polyester/cotton items (shirts, sheets etc.) only a synthetic for pure polyester and nylon. The Eco programme says it's for cotton items only and the 'Bedding' function only recommends washing one type of bedding at a time up to 2Kg! The on line manual from Samsung doesn't give enough information on energy and water use for each of the cycles so I don't know which is best. Haven't had it long enough to rate how well it washes on different cycles. On a positive note, it is quiet and the Add wash is useful. In hindsight a more basic machine A rated might have been better.

Great product which has replaced my older ecobubble. Only thing I can't find is a 60 degree 1 hour wash which the last had and which i used the most regularly. Love the hatch to put dropped items in!

Simple to use, plenty of wash options and in the grey colour, quite stylish. Very much like the auto dispenser for the soap and conditioner, Quite why the designers think it is a good idea to play a tune when the cycle finshes is beyond me, a bit annoying. Note to self, find out how to turn it off.

Only just bought it but arrived and looks fab, easy to use and everything comes out clean. Very pleased and would recommend

Washing machine is lovely. Dropped a star for being high tech and I like simple old school products. Very quiet machine, looks stylish. Love and used the door opening for dropped socks!

The machine washes well and the advantage of adding items after starting the cycle is great. The instruction manual is somewhat inadequate and one has to learn by using the machine. The reviews rave about it so hopefully, once I get used to it, I will too.

Great washing machine, super quiet and spins really well compared to our old one. Only downside is if you fill it too much, the same amount our old 9kg machine could take, it washes very poorly. Also echo cycle is very long but I imagine this is similar on all modern machines
