A great machine, with some amazing settings which make using it so simple and efficient! Great eco settings which makes such a difference.

It looks great and it was easy to install. Instructions are comprehensive. The ability to control it with the phone is interesting albeit a bit gimmicky as you can only send the programme to the washer but still have to physically go to it to start. Hopefully they will add the option to actually start the wash programme. The face is made of plastic which will get a lot of static and dust will cling to it. I haven't had it for long enough to comment on the quality of the washing but it does the job. The large drum, auto dispensers and wash add features are awesome! It's also bot too loud if properly balanced. Overall I think it's a very good washing machine.

Really like the product especially the add-wash door and the quick wash function. This is an upgrade to an older 8kg model which gave up the ghost after many years heavy use. Not too keen on how the delay wash works which runs on a ‘time to end’ basis but seems to start the wash immediately and then kick in a rinse-hold until the time you want it to end….not so helpful if you’re trying to put a wash on in the night to benefit from cheaper fuel prices.

Favourite features: Large capacity drum, add on door and detergent reservoir. Also a good looking machine. Not 5 stars because: no fast hot cycle and annoying long tune at end of wash!

This machine is so much quieter than the previous Samsung we had. The addwash has already been used multiple times. My only niggle is the steps to go through to put child lock on and off and also the inability to silence the on/off and other noises (unless I am missing something!)

The washing machine is very quiet, with intuitive controls and excellent washing results. It also looks good and appears well built.

This washing machine performs to a very high standard. It would have got 5 stars if the Samsung customer service were up to scratch or the instruction manual was satisfactory but unfortunately, Samsung's CS is appalling and the user manual is inadequate.
