It’s very smart looking and has a wide range of programmes, it also has an additional door to add the sock which always get dropped on the way to the machine. So far I really like it. It even plays a tune to tell you when the wash is finished!

This washing machine is quiet and we are very pleased with how well it washes our clothes. The spin is ultra efficient so it is easy to dry the clothes and they air dry quickly, even towels. Once we have worked out how to turn off the tune which plays at the end of the cycle, we will be even happier!

Good washing machine but instructions could be clearer

The design is sleek, the addwash makes the front quite bulky and I would’ve chosen a profuct without it, but it for our requirements on all other aspects so that was no deal breaker, everything works as it should and it’s quite silent compared to the old model Samsung I had. The only complaints , for me, are, firstly the way the programs are not written on the front of the machine and you need to scroll through them, making it hard to miss the one you’re after and second, each program has a certain time, but I loaded a cotton wash and it said washing time 1 hour and 27 minutes, and it took more than 3 and a half hours for it to finish. Of course the program changes length depending on the weight of the load, but I found it weird that it didn’t recalculate the timer and it just kept showing the same 1 hour and 27 minutes… I have tried it on several different programs and it works well, although some clothes were coming out cleaner from my previous samsung. The products used are the same, the only difference being the setting of the appliance to use as much product as it needs. After a few washes, we’ve decided that it doesn’t was properly on the dose it takes and went with the manual one. All in all, a good washing machine, but I feel that some modern twists are not helpful in this case.

So far (a few washes), the machine has performed well. It was a bit tricky to manoeuvrer around for the install, which I imagine is common to many washing machines. I haven't tried using it's add-wash facility yet but it looks like it will work; I guess this seems like a bit of a gimmick to me. I also haven't tried using it's reservoir for detergent and softener, so can't comment on this. The jingle it makes when it has finished a wash is quite enduring and very annoying. There is probably some way to turn it off or reduce it to a couple of beeps, but I have many other (unrelated) things to concern myself with at the moment.

Washes well for a decent price. Doing 3 to 4 washes a week for the family without any issues.

Lovely washing machine. Very quiet except when it finishes and plays a little tune to alert you. Love the steam wash. Also like the auto dosing feature . I haven't tried the door to add washing after cycle has started. On the whole pleased with my purchase.

Really quiet and leaves clothes smelling fresh and well spun. Sensible preset programmes. Couldn't get it to connect to my wifi though.
