This washing machine performs to a very high standard. It would have got 5 stars if the Samsung customer service were up to scratch or the instruction manual was satisfactory but unfortunately, Samsung's CS is appalling and the user manual is inadequate.

First smart washing machine I owned. So far, very happy with its performance and features. The fact that we don’t need to worry on how to dose each load is a big plus. Also, knowing how much electricity you use per wash is really a good features when using the apps. Really quiet, very quiet indeed compared to our 3 previous washing machine. Time will tell if the brand will outlast the three previous “quality” brands.

Fantastic quality and finish, really energy efficient and super easy to use. Delivery team was also fab.

I had a Samsung washer before, but this one has got lots of diffrent features and more eco friendly which is most important now.

Great washing machine with all the fancy features. Like the wifi connect which gives all the relevant recipes for the type of load and chooses a cycle that is right. The auto dosing function is handy too.

Bought this machine a week ago and just getting to grips with it - very impressed so far.

Everything perfect so far, went for a better model than planned and very happy we did!
