The picture quality is very good but it is very frustrating that there does not seem to be any instructions either on screen or on line. Connections are very difficult to access when wall mounted.

This a 2023 model heavily discounted to make room for the 2024 model. This happens every year about now, it's all about timing. The A80L is one of the 3 top tv's 55inch or bigger, medium priced, over the last year. All round performance with a good innovative sound is what attracted me most. I’m in my late 70s, hearing and eyesight not as good as it was, no interest in gaming. This TV has allowed me to switch off captions, stop squinting and enjoy great natural colours. It does not need a soundbar and as a bonus the upscaleing of my backup aerial reception is also magnificent. I gave it 4 stars simply because it is last years model.

The Sony was delivered next day as promised, The pictures are just great and easy to set up.I have only given 4 stars because this Sony will not let you get BBC text pages.

Just installed TV, great product BUT instructions to set up awful. Still not sure how to use voice command.

So pleased with the television. Superb quality and sharpness of picture and the internal sound system has excellent clarity. Makes an evenings entertainment such a joy. Highly recommended.
