Product works amazing, looks amazing and is actually nice to cook where food cooks in the time it's ment to and not 3 hours longer than ment to, but the best part was the guy who came to install it, there was a issue with my electrics and he went above and beyond and fitted a new box to accommodate what was needed and I was very grateful for his efforts as he didn't have to go to so much trouble.

Lovely cooker generally. Good things: Fits right up against wall at rear and doesn't stick out. Has a lid, which also shuts off the gas. Easy to light gas, very good quick heat. 2 ovens, top one also a grill. Glass lid fits flush and does not stick up above worktop. Ovens are fine, both have a light, bottom is fan assisted top isn't but is smaller so doesn't need a fan. Things that may not be great: Even smallest gas ring on low makes a vigorous simmer and easily burns food. The indicator rings on control knobs are loose, I expect they will not last as long as the cooker. Wish the glass lid was opaque so don't have to keep the hob immaculately clean! In a power cut the hob will not stay on, you can light it with a match but unless you hold the control button in the whole time it will go out when released without electricity. Would be nice to have a backup way of cooking in a power cut, this may be standard on all modern appliances though.

Poor build quality. Stove top is made of weak metal that bends under cooking heat. Control knobs come off easily, replacement parts hard to source. Less than 2 years old.

still getting used to it it cooker faster than my last cooker so have burned one or two things but once it finds the right setting for the top oven i should be fine it was a little hit-and-miss just now but getting there
