Not good at all. The first one we had delivered the engineer couldn't get two of the gas burners to light. The replacement worked but within 6 months the small burner takes approx 15 seconds to light before you can release the ignition. The other take between 5-10 each to ignite and stay alight. Just after the 1 year warranty finished we started getting an intermittent issue whereby when a gas ring is ignited it resets the clock - and as such if you have one of the ovens on it will turn that off until you set the time on the clock again. Also, the design of how the the display is mounted in the metal panel is terrible in that crumbs and grease can easily get behind it - it should have been sealed or at least flush with the metal panel and not recessed. The knobs are also very flimsy and the surrounds around them. It all just feels a bit cheap...I expected better from Zanussi.

Others have mentioned the rings around the dials being loose. It's slightly annoying more than anything, but after a month one of the dials on my new cooker has completely come off. Very poor build quality and not what I'd expect for a cooker at this price.

Had this cooker for a year now and if you bake, don't buy this cooker. I had to buy an oven thermometer as the temperature is all over the place. The knobs are really flimsy and it's really difficult to gauge whether it's going to heat up at the right temperature. There's a 10 degree variation between the knob setting and the actual temperature.

Expensive but looks cheap! Wobbly cheap looking controls and a big strange looking lump on the gap hob in the middle of the rings! Not sure if that’s supposed to be there

It was delivered but when our gas engineer connected it there were numerous defects. I rang Ai who connected me to the zannussi engineer. I explained the problem and an engineer was due today. They are not coming til next Tuesday. A week and a half after the product was bought and paid for. Al should have replaced this not happy with the service.

Bit disappointed. One of the hob burners stopped working after one day. One of them was tarnished. The knobs seem flimsy and plastic. The main oven emits steam from the vent on the hob which although isn't a fault could be a safety issue. Like the easy to clean liners.

Lovely cooker, looks good functions generally well. But have noticed within a couple of months and very light use, the paint on the nobs is already coming off! And this is not included in warranty as it’s cosmetic!!!! Really angry that this has happened so soon. Have noticed a lag in cooker igniting as well from when it was first bought. Wouldn’t not recommend.

It’s a very nice looking cooker and works really well. However, for a product of this quality, I am very disappointed in the knobs for the ovens and the burners. They feel flimsy and the plastic surrounds move when you turn the knobs. I am sure they will break in due course.
