Swooped the door over , it was a bit fiddly, but had nothing else to do so fine . Have used it about five times ,with excellent results each time , still learning , our previous Zanussi lasted 14 years .

Excellent service from ao. The product was exactly what I wanted and is performing perfectly. It is a heat pump dryer replacing my condenser dryer and is much more suitable for use inside my utility room with no condensation in the room or increased humidity.It is acceptably quiet and offers a multitude of settings.Ordering was simple and very easy, delivery was promised for the following day within an acceptable time window which was met. If fact the tracking app was constantly updated and the delivery driver(s) phoned the they was 15 minutes away. The delivery process was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful. About to place a second order with ao on line. Very happy customer. Incidentally the dryer was perfect.

Awesome I purchased a Bosch tumble dryer and I am so impressed with the efficiency of it.

Bought this product. Used it the following day and found a component was broken. Waited 2 weeks for a repairman and am still waiting for the part to be delivered. So far my experience with it has been rubbish.

Very good product. I had wondered about the programming, being in the older age group, but hey, straight forward and easy to use. The heat pump is excellent and reduces condensation and room heat to minimum levels. There goes the sauna !!!!! Overall very pleased with the dryer and the AO.com price and delivery. Ten out of ten. My previous Zannusi tumble dryer lasted 21 years without any issues, this replacement is disappointing, from the door that is stiff to open to the fact that sheets become tangled (and tied in a knot), therefore you have a soaking wet middle....I am not impressed

We have bought Zanussi washing machines and tumble dryers for a while and have yet to be disappointed. They are well made, easy to use and do the job very well indeed. Well worth the extra few pounds, if you want reliability and quality.

This product is a replacement for a 25 year old Zanussi condenser tumble drier and will hopefully be as long lived. I have found that this machine is very easy to use and has a programme for every type of laundry. The controls are easy to follow. The major benefits are the low running costs and the subsequent environmental protection. We all need to reduce our carbon footprint and this is the perfect machine for this
