Electric hob looks very good and as expected, but after installation, notice it was not square to the wall. Told ao.com but no response so far, so a bit disappointed in their after sales service.

Brilliant hob! After damaging a previous ceramic hob I decided to go for a more robust one, and so far its been perfect. Easy to install, quick and simple to clean, and looks good in the kitchen. It does smoke a little to begin with when you first use each ring but once they've all been on, it doesn't happen again.

Had the cooker hob for a short time, but have found it well built and can easily fit two woks on the back rings.

Ordering was easy, delivered and fitted as described. Great service.

Bought this as a stop gap having just moved home, I needed to get rid of a gas hob and didn't want to install a ceramic hob until after the kitchen was completed. That been said I've wanted to try a solid plate hob as I'm fed up of expensive ceramic hobs staining and scratching through normal use and these solid plate hobs are meant to be bomb proof. However I do have a couple of niggles, first being that it looks used as soon as it's used with the steel around the plates becoming stained. Secondly is the control knobs are a silver plastic which is a contrast to the brushed steel of the hob, a black would have looked better, but that's just my opinion and no big deal. All in all does what it's meant to and if I like it I may not go back to a ceramic hob.
