There is no 3 pin plug on the box. Website shows its included. additional Accessories and compatible parts are not clearly mentioned. I need to buy 3 pin plug from amazon ( 4 pieces packet ) though I need one. Bought filter type ECFB01 for 40 pounds in amazon. Manual says spring pipe which Is not included. I am searching in internet to buy. I don't know ho much more I am going to spend for this installation.

The cooker hood arrived at the time stated by Ao. It took my husband a while to fit it as he had never fitted one before, but now it is up and running it looks lovely. Its much quieter than my old one and easy to use

Delivered quickly. Was easy to install, looks nice and has great suction. Is quite loud, but is subjective. Dropped a star because the motor was missing a screw to secure it to the metal case, but an easy fix, with a spare I had.

Looks ok but much nosier than expected and likely more noise than rated . Cheap flimsy air filters, but more of a concern is that one fixing bolt from the motor assembly was missing so the motor was flopping around. The glass fixing screw mounting were made up of a flat washer and some random plastic tube not the proper glass securing grommets. Cheaply made and symptomatic of origin.

Matches well with zanussi products for new kitchen . Sleek and looks good. Fan speed is good and no smells after cooking

Ideal cooker hood for our little kitchen. Not too big or noisy. With the air going outside it really gets rid of the steam and cooking smells. We thought it was great value for money.
