I havent owned an electric hob before and i wasnt expecting too much but this has impressed me, it looks nice, heats up very quickly and cooks well. The only downside is the the hob appears to mark quite easily, its not terrible but almost like watermarks in the glass that wont clean away. Doesnt affect the functionality just the looks.

This is a really nice product. The fitting is easy, however the wiring up has a power 1 and power 2. The standard wiring in the UK is for one power ie one brown, one blue and one earth wire. You may require an electrician to help wire.

Great product and value for money. Heats up quickly and has a light which indicates which ring is still hot after use. I needed a replacement hob as my other one was broken. I did not want to spend a lot as we may be changing our kitchen in the next year or so. This hob fits the bill perfectly. Would recommend.

The product looks very nice and is easy to operate.

The photo had been CGI'd and the additional 'lines' added to indicate a direction on the knobs did not, in fact exist! This led to a sense of disappointment and 'being cheated'. Photos that are not true photos misrepresent the product and do a dis-service to both Zanussi and AO. AO by contrast, were quick to respond and explore the issue. AO identified that it was a 'CGI' issue and were honest in explaining this. The product itself looks good (apart from the knobs lacking a directional arrow!) but I cannot comment on performance as we have not used the hob yet.

Very smooth delivery and instalation. I would suggest a more detailed customer checklist to clarify how to prepare for the instalation (the info was in the FAQ but I had to consolidate it myself)

This is the first time we've had a ceramic hob and find it brilliant and responsive. The delivery was perfect with helpful carrier's. We we're kept informed of it's progress towards us by the drivers assistant.

Overall, I am very satisfied with this product ! I purchased a Zanussi because I was replacing a Zanussi. I will say that it was only a very small alteration to the hole in the worktop to make this new one fit. Very easy to connect up the wiring. Also a very sleek and modern appearance.
