Delivery was flawless, installed on Wednesday 26th Feb and looks amazing, the light is really bright too so i don't need to have the over head light on. Much nicer than the awful one the previous owner left. It has 3 setting on it which is great. I don't know why it has a D rating as I'd say it's at least a B.

Product arrived with no fixings , there should have been brackets to attach to wall. I’m very practical so I used screws and large washers, not perfect, but it should stay on the wall. The sales assistant though a filter was included, it was not. Great sales assistant, but spoilt on delivery.

Love the LED light. Didn’t realise it was a vented hood thought it was a filter hood but the worst thing is you just cannot keep it clean. Fingerprints everywhere that are impossible to wipe away. Such a shame

Just the job, hope it last as long as our last cooker hood which is 20 years old!

The Product is good once its been put up, but the Installation Manual has pictures which make no logical sense and are difficult to follow. Also - Be warned there are no holes in the side of the unit to screw to cupboards on either side. My old Hood had them and it was a doddle to fit. This one doesn't for reasons I cant fathom - definitely a flaw in my opinion. I wouldn't have bought this item had I have known.

Bought this with a new cooker. Very pleased with it. It does what it's supposed to do. Only niggle - length of flex. Long enough to reach the cooker socket, but only just and it looked awful. Had to extend it in the end.

Good value. Good delivery. Easy to install. Not as fancy as some more expensive hoods but neat and tidy and looks good in a white kitchen. Nice bright led bulbs. Relatively quiet fan especially at minimum setting. Slightly surprised at not having a dedicated earth in the cable White cable is a good option to blend in

I chose this extractor hood as it was simple and easy to use with decent performance for a good price. it does exactly what it says on the tin.
