A great extractor cooker hood. It has two lights (my previous one only had one) making it very bright illuminating the the hob. I bought the black model and it looks good against my black glass hob. A couple of negatives, but don't let this put you off: Firstly, it is a little noisy, but that is to be expected from most recycling cooker hoods (it can also be fitted to an external vent). Secondly, I had trouble getting the carbon filter, which is NOT supplied with the hood. You will need this as it is ESSENTIAL in eliminating odours when cooking. I emailed the manufacturer who kindly replied giving me the correct filter model number (CARBON FILTER RESETT EFF57). Although you can buy the filter directly from Elecrtolux I found it cheaper from an alternative supplier online, and it works great.

Delivery was on time, however the cookerhood box was damaged on receipt of the item. The delivery driver explained that the item looked okay inside just the packaging was damaged. Once I unpacked my cookerhood it was badly damaged, little disappointed. I called customer services who were excellent and offered a discount, overall very satisfied.

This is a good cooker hood with 3 speeds and a good light with 2 led bulbs. It is pretty quiet except setting 3 which is very loud. It works ptty well for this domestic application. Comes with a good template that aids fixing. Loses one star because Zannusi have decided to ship the product without any fixtures (screws, wall plugs etc.) Inferring in a note that everyone who got a this hood is a professional kitchen fitter thus totally ignoring the DIY market so be aware!

A bog standard cooker hood that does what it says on the tin

I'm not sure what sort of dinner conversation people at AO are having, but this is definitely a bit louder than that! Otherwise it does the job, can't complain for the price.

Bought this with a new cooker. Very pleased with it. It does what it's supposed to do. Only niggle - length of flex. Long enough to reach the cooker socket, but only just and it looked awful. Had to extend it in the end.

Good value. Good delivery. Easy to install. Not as fancy as some more expensive hoods but neat and tidy and looks good in a white kitchen. Nice bright led bulbs. Relatively quiet fan especially at minimum setting. Slightly surprised at not having a dedicated earth in the cable White cable is a good option to blend in
