I ordered a Zanussi to replace the one I'd had for 18 years. The top oven on the new Zanussi stopped working properly after 4/5 days.

Changed from gas to electric. Really pleased with the look and ease of use..

Do not buy this oven if you are a cook. It has a design fault - there is insufficient width in both top and main ovens for a large baking tray. In addition, each oven shelf has a lip, so any dish - and this is particularly bad with heavy dishes - has to be lifted over the shelf edge in order to remove items from the oven. Particularly dangerous when cooking large quantities. I am now looking to replace this oven, after only three months.

Really pleased with this oven after four weeks of use. But only two metal oven shelves were supplied and I soon found this was not enough to cook an average small family meal. I resented having to shell out a further £25 (including postage) for an extra shelf. Zanussi could be seen as being ungenerous compared with their competitors. Also, it is tricky aligning the spots on the temperature dials with the numbers on the cooker facia.

Built in oven works great. As yet I have not used the grill (upper oven) although I am confident it will perform well too. Zanussi is a brand I trust, I had a long lifespan from my previous oven. Delivery from AO was spot on in terms of communication and the delivery chaps were polite and v helpful. Good service all round.

Love the push in knobs! It’s sooo quiet I thought it wasn’t working !!!
