Great oven but very disappointed that it only came with 2 oven shelves and no top grill pan! Have had to order those separately.

I have had this oven just three years. After 18 months the top grill started to drop spasmodically and rested on food. The side fittings do not hold the grill in place at all now and I support the grill with the top shelf. I am now looking for a new oven and would not recommend this Zanussi.

Smart looking and heats up quickly. Seems slightly noisy and disappointed that it only had two shelves. This was easily remedied by order two extra from Zanussi direct.

Looks great on the outside, disappointed that there are only 2 shelves in total for the two ovens and the shelves feel flimsy and a bit loose. Instructions for removing shelf supports for cleaning and initial heat up are poor. I couldn't get them out. However it appears to work effectively and that is the most important thing.

The oven looks great, is very quiet and quick to heat. It is smaller inside than my previous one despite fitting in the same unit. Only two internal oven shelves provided.

Very good easy to use, cooks really well, only one minor detail the timer bleeper isn't very loud. Overall would recommend this double oven as my wife bakes lots of cakes and she's very happy with it.

Really nice oven,both of them,simple to operate.Would of given 5 stars but could of really done with one more oven shelf for the top oven.

Cooks much better than my old oven, roast potatoes turn out fab. My husband and I are both at that age where we need reading glasses so the clear controls are very welcome. I’d prefer if the glass was tinted so you don’t see into the oven when it’s not cooking. Otherwise I would have given it five stars.
