Very powerful, easily picks up pet hairs, on full power setting battery only lasts 15 mins, but you won't need full power as normal setting is strong enough, cap needs emptying after 5 mins use, not a problem, very impressed with Miele, would recommend

As a Dyson owner I thought I'd give another brand a try and I'm not disappointed with my choice. This is a lovely hoover, that really is powerful, yes a little heavy but you'll get used to it. Excellent bin emptying and cleaning the inside with the hidden brush is brilliant. If you want your trodden carpets to get hoovered deep down then this will do it, as it has for me.

Simply the best hoover I have ever brought! I love it. I have had Miele products my entire adult life but this one wins top marks. I have a fine long haired white cat and a black carpet! This hoover is like a magic wand. My carpets are immaculate again. The suction is incredible, the battery holds its charge long enough to wizz round the whole house. I highly recommend this product if you have a hairy pet! And it is very stylish. What more could you want?

Lightweight and easy to move around. Very powerful, great for pet hair removal.
