    Great, as long as you know your connectors

    Suitable for adding a separate display if you already have support for “DisplayPort over USB-C (alt-mode).” When used in this manner it is great to have the monitor portable and only require a single cable for power and signal. Any other support requires the use of adapters e.g. my work laptop and Amazon fire stick work, but only with a suitable HDMI to USB-C adapter - XAUTION: it must support HDMI in and USB-C out, it won’t work with just any adapter. Would buy this again, and recommended to friends.

    Great additional monitor to go with my new LG Gram 17” laptop. I like the fact that you can look at monitor and the mouse cursor moves automatically from the laptop and the other way around. USB-C ports on both sides a bonus, shame the laptop hasn’t. No need for an extra power lead either.
