For years I have had a black gloss fireplace I used to think I couldn’t find anything better so I was very hesitant to change it even though after 15 years it was badly showing signs of wear&t ear and being black gloss showed up dust even when dusting it just spread it around..well that all changed when I came across this one not only has it transformed my room it is a beautiful fire surround and the stove is so realistic that some of my family thought it was a real wood burner I am delighted I took the plunge and opted to get a new one and even more delighted I chose this one I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking of buying it also the price is amazingly good for the quality is outstanding. The fireplace is lovely and I have had many positive comments about it. It fits perfectly in my room and makes it feel more homely. Other than testing the heating element to make sure it works I generally just have the lights on and many people have said how realistic and comforting they are. I am very pleased I bought this fireplace and have no negative comments about it at all.

An ideal centre piece for the lounge. Beautifully made and very realistic looking wood burner. Extremely pleased with this fireplace and it gives a lovely focal point.

We’ve been looking for a nice fire and surround for about a year but nothing really jumped out at us. We happened to come across this and loved it as was different from all the glass ones. I’ve had so many compliments on our new fire with one person asking had we just had it fitted thinking it was a real one. The fire gives off a lovely heat and if you don’t want the heat on the lights look so cosy at night.
