It hates edges, uneven surfaces and anything visible with the naked eye. After 11 months of running it, it frequently stops working. Probably the worst vacuum cleaner I’ve ever used.

Amazing product, excellent on carpets and vinyls, we also have a ridged carpet in the entrance hall and it’s powerful enough to clean in between the ridges. The battery life is lasting, also the roller doesn’t get clogged with hairs which is a godsend.

Great vacuum ,long lasting enough to do the whole house,the lights are very handy,shows up how much we'd missed with old hoover ( Dyson )only one thing it's a bit heavier than the ( Dyson).but so far very good.

My first cordless vacuum.
I've always been a Dyson fan but this time I thought I'd try something else. I was very surprised by how well this cleans and how great it feels.
It's not too heavy, or slippy and doesn't run away like others I've tried.
The lights a great and really help light up dark corners etc making them easier to clean.
I love the attention to detail in this vacuum and it's attachments etc.
Hopefully it has a long life :)
