Stylish, solid feel, very good performing laptop

This is a very sleek & stylish laptop - not too big, not too small. Added bonus of Microsoft 365 trial added. Set up was very easy & straightforward, which was voice-prompted at every stage. I'm still amazed that not only is it a laptop, but a tablet as well & touch screen. Very quick startup, nice keyboard (doesn't light up though), very impressed with the speakers too. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase, a vast difference to my old "slow-coach" laptop - very nice & solid feel to it & well worth the price

Memory too small, screen too small. Not at all what I expected. Would never buy a computer online again. Really needed to see the product and talk to someone in person about my computer needs. Really unhappy with product.
