This phone is incredible. I'm not elderly, I'm disabled and use a wheelchair, and all smartphones are too big for me to put in my pocket, but this phone is the perfect size. I just need the ability to call and text and this does both perfectly. The sound quality is amazing during calls and so is the screen for texts and menu's etc. It is really easy to use due to the larger buttons. The layout is simple. Everything can be customised to the user, there are so many options you can pick from to make the phone perfect for you. The build quality of the phone is brilliant, it is strong and tough and the buttons are solid with a nice feel to them. The sim card slot is easily accessible. I get full signal strength in this phone and I have never had that before with any other phone. I highly recommend the phone. I will buy this phone again in the future should I need one. It is the best phone I've ever owned, and I have owned a lot over the years.
