    Good freezer the draws are a good size I had a large chest freezer before but I wanted an upright freezer as I was finding the chest hard to find different items, now it is easy. I haven’t given it 5 star rating as I have only had it a week so need longer time to see if any faults occur

    Excellent product. Thought the new AEG would be less in quality than my older version but was nicely surprised, so far at least, only few days old. No problem with vacuum as mentioned by some people, perhaps I have a new improved version. AO service was excellent too and thanks to Ashley in sales. Suzie

    Fantastic freezer and super quiet. I bought as a secondary one and have it in the dinning room. The black finish is awesome blending in. Instructions easy to follow. One word of advise, the door finish can be easily damaged if you scrub it too hard as I found out.

      We’ll get your new freezer in place, level the feet and take away all the bulky packaging for you. If your appliance comes with handles and they’re packaged separately, then unfortunately the drivers won’t be able to fit them for you.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
