I would like to leave 5 stars as the machine is light weight and has good suction but I found it fiddly to empty as the heppa filter fell out each time I used it making it a faff to put that back in each time i used it. I had a faulty machine as that filter shouldn't fall out so I sent it back. So why not five stars. It definitely isn't for households where pets live or had people with long hair living in it as it almost immediately loses power because the brush is caught with hair so can't rotate. When it doesn't rotate it stops working Do not buy if you have pets. Do not buy if you have long hair. If you have neither this is likely to be a very nice effective lightweight vacuum cleaner

The hoover is great, exactly what I wanted. Good run time and suction, perfect. Really good service from AO and delivery time fantastic !!

This is a an excellent vacuum cleaner,very powerful suction and excellent pick up. Only one small problem is that it is fairly heavy and the run time is about 40 minutes . I am so impressed that I have ordered another battery so that I can run it for The whole house making my mains cleaner redundant!!

Great vaccum, quick silent, good suction, pretty light and very easy to use in any way.

Great Product. Easy to use, good quality compared to our previous Dyson. Just push the 'on' button and off you go without the need to hold down the trigger like our previous hoover. it is slightly heavier, but it just glides around our wooden floors without any effort. Put into Auto mode and it moves through the various suctions modes depending on your floor type and dirt level. My only criticism is that you can only charge it on the base station. But hey ho, the battery lasts to clean the whole house.
