    Early days yet but seems a good buy

    Quiet operation, double filter appears to save the pipes getting clogged & seems to work efficiently. The cycles tend to take too long and are pre-selected so little control over the time you wish to use; would have preferred a timed selector added to the choices so could use the airing cupboard to dry off completely and save energy. Its early days yet but seems a good buy.

    Works really well. Not too rough on the clothes. Energy efficient. Drum is really big and therefore never too full (at least for me). A bit loud.

    The appliance worked brilliantly when we got it to work. Was not made aware at purchase that it needed an ambient temperature of 8 degrees to operate and it was only 4c in my garage and did not heat up. Engineers called turned some heat on in the garage and it worked very well. Having to keep the garage heated defeated having a heat pump dryer so had to revert to a condenser dryer. So be aware that HP dryers need some warmth.

    Love my new machine a bit annoyed with beko customer services when trying to sort out missing items that were for the machine but just need to work out all the programs to use for quicker washes etc as they seem to take longer than the machine states. Would buy again though, lovely and quite.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
