DPD not great

The product is really good but unfortunately the delivery service from DPD wasn't great, the worst part being that after paying extra to have it delivered on the weekend, as they wouldn't leave the item with a neighbour or in a safe place during the week, they advised the item was 'delayed' at the depot so the service I paid for wasn't done!!!!!
