    Had to cut my hair to release it from my head!

    I read the instructions thoroughly & indeed then watched multiple ‘how to’ videos to ensure I had a good understanding as to how to use this product correctly. However, despite this & only using this on a small bit of hair each time (certainly smaller than any of the videos I had watched), my hair got stuck a few times, half way through doing my hair it jammed, neither myself or my husband could free my hair & I actually had to cut off a chunk of my hair in order to free my head! I am returning this item.

    So easy to use. Especially for someone who is new to using styling products. I highly recommend this product, if you want the salon look, without the price. & this comes from someone who used to pay the salon stupid prices to give me the same result
