Not fit for purpose. The plastic bin end is extremely awkward to remove and takes many attempts and several minutes to do so.

Great product, just what I have needed for a while. Can be used as a small handheld vacuum for clearing up crumbs and dog hairs off the sofa and stairs along with long handled for carpets and my wooden flooring. I have severe spinal issues and it's been a huge help as it's so light but powerful.
Delivery was excellent. Called before they were due to arrive and very friendly.

I was happy to get a great deal for this product, otherwise it would have probably been to expensive for me to consider buying it. It's cable free, not loud at all, very easy to clean. It's probably not the strongest vacuum cleaner, as the carpet still has plenty of pet hair in it from the previous owners, but I think I'll be able to sort that out after using it a few more times.
