We’re taking a sensible approach to the evolving Coronavirus situation, and so we have had to make some changes to our services.
We can still collect your old appliance and take it away for recycling. You’ll just need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property ready for us to collect, as we won’t be able to remove it from any other room in your home.
We’ll happily take your old appliance away when you order a new one. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility. All we ask is that it’s disconnected, empty and ready to go – or if you’ve ordered our connection service for your new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you. 100% of the cost of this service relates to safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are borne by the product manufacturer.
Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.

Great dishwasher

Really pleased with this dishwasher - players and glasses come out really clean, there’s plenty of space inside, the racks are adjustable, and it’s nice and quiet.
Exceptional dishwasher

Only got this plumbed in a couple of days ago, but I’m in heaven. This dishwasher is a dream! A large family Sunday roast dinner with all the trimmings was nothing to this 15 setting dishwasher, and the best bit of all was the cutlery rack at the top instead of the normal cutlery basket, giving me much more room for pots, plates, casserole dishes etc. I was astonished that I got everything into the dishwasher in 1 go. Would definitely recommend this dishwasher. Top job!

The dishwasher arrived on schedule and very easily replaced our old defunct unit.
The large capacity and utensil tray were the other important features for us.Nice and almost silent operation is a bonus.

Fantastically quiet machine, works brilliantly!! We tend to just use the 90min wash as this is usually sufficient, Would absolutely recommend buying.
Great washer but could do better

Great quality washing, quick and extremely quiet. Main downsides are the drying which I expected to be great but everything needs a wipe with a tea towel when emptying. Also the draw heights aren’t right. The middle shelf is adjustable but on the low setting my plates can’t go in as the spinner hits them. On the high setting it means the tumbler glasses don’t fit on the shelf. Just needs a middle setting between high and low.
