    Tips for measuring up

    There are two types of built-in microwave you can buy – standard and compact. This is a standard model, which means it’s around 60cm wide. Measure your kitchen space to make sure it’ll fit. Also, you’ll need to check the depth of the space, as built in microwaves vary between 45 and 60cm.

    A Great Microwave from Bosch

    Great service from AO - ordered on Tuesday delivered and fitted on Thursday The Microwave replaced an existing Bosch Microwave. It fitted perfectly into built in space. Fitting took a matter of minutes. The new model is more up to date, aesthetically pleasing to the eye, very easy to use and has great functionality. All the main controls are touch sensitive. The ‘Dial’ wheel allows the user to quickly select any operating mode. It has a wide variety of built in programs which take the guess work out of cooking - from defrosting to cooking vegetables, frozen of fresh, to meat, also frozen or fresh. The ’i’ (information function) button provides the guidance for any selected program

    The microwave is really nice looking packed with features, Unfortunately the circular dial didn’t work very well when it arrived but it’s removable so gave it a clean popped it back on and it now works well.

    Great looking but be careful when install

    Looks great, and easy to install. But bear in mind the control is located underneath, so make sure you fitted it lower. I am 160cm tall and when it was fitted first time, I have to lift my arms to get dishes out, and I can't see the dish. We then removed a 10cm panel between the microwave and oven to lower it.

      Get your new oven fitted the same day it’s delivered. Our engineers will disconnect your old appliance before getting your new one set up. We'll give your new appliance a full health check to ensure it’s safe and ready to use straight away.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
