    Finally a warming drawer that works

    Finally, a warming drawer that works - this warmer replaced a NEFF warmer that stopped working after 3 years. Although the basic device is still the same, the drawer mechanism has been completely redesigned by foregoing the handle in front. Instead, you lightly press the middle of the drawer and it opens automatically. You close the drawer by pushing it in lightly until it stays closed. This seems to ensure that the contact problems of previous designs are resolved - the warming drawer work perfectly. Let's hope it stays this way

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
