Love it. It looks so real. I also bought a black pipe to sit on top to give an even more real effect. Even the dog lays in front of it when the fire effect is on but the heat isn’t.

Overall, we really like it. We were after flames that looked as realistic as possible and it does the trick. The steam effect really works. It’s a little noisy when the heat is on, as you’d expect from an electric fan heater.
