Extractor hood carbon filters

I didn't know what part I needed, therefore I rang AO.com and spoke to a very polite and helpful sales assistant and within minutes he was able to tell me exactly what I needed. I purchased the combined universal grease+carbon filter and the part arrived within days in brilliant condition, the filter was easy to cut to shape and fit in my extractor hood.....what more can I say but thank you AO.com for all your help....it was good to talk ??
