    You’ll have no trouble creating gourmet-style meals with this fantastic electric range cooker from Rangemaster. It has 2 ovens, a grill and a 5 zone induction hob – perfect for flexible cooking. The main multifunctional oven gives you lots of options, whether you’re using the defrost mode to thaw a joint of meat or the conventional setting to roast it. This model has a second fan oven too, which is really useful if you’re fond of batch-baking. And clever catalytic liners inside absorb grease while the oven is on, so you won’t need to spend time scouring the inside clean after you cook.

    Tips for measuring up

    Freestanding range cookers come in different widths, so you’ll need to measure the space in your kitchen to find the right one – usually either 90cm, 100cm or 110cm. Also check the depth of the space, and add on a couple of centimetres to allow for gas pipes or electrical sockets. Most range cookers (excluding gas range cookers) will require a 32 amp outlet – look for a big red switch to show you have one.

    We really rate this cooker. Looks wonderful and works beautifully. We have had a previous Rangemaster electric cooker for over 20 years, and were always pleased with it. But the new one has tremendous technical advances. The ovens heat up very quickly. The hob plates (induction) are so responsive - quick to heat up and to cool down. And the simmer setting is perfect for long cooking, as well as ideal to heat up gravy or sauces. Very, very happy.

      We’re taking a sensible approach to the changing COVID-19 situation, and so we’ve had to make some adjustments to our services.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
