    Absolutely abysmal

    Absolutely abysmal vacuum. Only had it 6 weeks and can't stand it. As soon as you turn on the roller bars it jams on the slightest thing (rolling on to a rug, a slightly large piece of fluff etc) and needs to be restarted. The locks for the rollers are impossible to open so you have to prize all the hair off the bars with your finger-tips - and the bar clogs up with carpet fluff so quickly that you have to do this at least 3 times per battery run. If I wanted a fingertip work-out I would have bought a guitar! The battery life is fine (on par with our old Dyson Animal) and the spare battery is what sold it for us, but it's not enough to outweigh all the other shocking negatives. If i could return it, I would. Do not buy this vacuum.

    Another Vax product to replace the earlier model. Powerful and effective. Two batteries easily do the cleaning of a sizeable house. Two slightly negative observations: 1. The main motorised floor brush is too big to go under furniture. 2. This model is slightly heavier than my previous Blade 2 model (mainly due to the weight of the battery. However, the negatives are off-set by: 1. Two replaceable batteries. 2. A small motorised brush is handy for stairs and car cleaning. More additional tools.

    Best cordless we've ever used! Really works well on pet hair; no problem on hard flooring, rugs or fitted carpets. Double battery pack extremely helpful as more than enough power to whizz through an average 4 bed home.
