    Tips for measuring up

Freestanding range cookers come in different widths, so you’ll need to measure the space in your kitchen to find the right one – usually either 90cm, 100cm or 110cm. Also check the depth of the space, and add on a couple of centimetres to allow for gas pipes or electrical sockets. Most range cookers (excluding gas range cookers) will require a 32 amp outlet – look for a big red switch to show you have one.

    Great oven

    5/5
I have my new oven for one week. The seven burners give you plenty of cooking space. The two oven are powerful for cooking different meals and the grill is great for cheese on toast etc.

    Worth the money

    4/5
Only thing negative I would point out about this stove is that it could do with a guard to protect the knobs from the heat from the oven/grill

    Disappointed

    3/5
I was so excited about this cooker, but disappointed on using. The ovens are great, but the hob has already stained on the main central burner (which I can’t remove). You have to hold the knobs in for a few seconds to light the hobs and oven, which I assume is a safety feature, but a pain when you think you have held them for long enough and then burners go out, and you have to start again....

    • Connection £95.00

Get your new range cooker fitted the same day it’s delivered with our connection service. Our Gas Safe-registered engineers will disconnect your old appliance for you before getting your new one completely set up and ready to use. We’ll unpack it and give it a full health check first, to make sure everything is in tip-top shape, and we’ll give you an official gas safety certificate too. Before you order our connection service, there are a few things you should know and a couple of things to check. Take a look at our helpful gas cooking installation page for more information.

    • Remove & Recycle £20.00

We’re taking a sensible approach to the changing COVID-19 situation, and so we’ve had to make some adjustments to our services.

If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
