    DISAPPOINTED

    3/5
The grill is pathetic, it takes forever and when your toast is finally done, it is really dry and more like a crispbread. I have had to buy a toaster. The range cooker is not the same quality as my previous Cannon one, quite “tinny”. Quite disappointed
    Vivienne Allen

    A happy customer

    4/5
A very good product bought as a replacement for an older model. Some slight differences i.e. a wok burner instead of eight burners but acceptable.

    Cooking on gas!

    5/5
Lovely looking range, love that the glass comes out for easily cleaning. Also the control knobs are fab and not flimsy
    Jen

The cooker is brilliant, I am so pleased with it . It is much easier to clean than my previous cooker and it looks wonderful. The delivery men were fantastic took all the rubbish away with them and were really friendly and helpful. Really stress free I am so pleased I got it .

    • Connection
      Price
      £115

Get your new range cooker fitted the same day it’s delivered with our connection service. Our Gas Safe-registered engineers will disconnect your old appliance for you before getting your new one completely set up and ready to use. We’ll unpack it and give it a full health check first, to make sure everything is in tip-top shape, and we’ll give you an official gas safety certificate too. Before you order our connection service, there are a few things you should know and a couple of things to check. Take a look at our helpful gas cooking installation page for more information.

We’re taking a sensible approach to the changing COVID-19 situation, and so we’ve had to make some adjustments to our services.

If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.

Appliances come with quite a bit of bulky packaging. We’ll unpack your item, let you inspect it then take away all of the plastic wrap and foam packaging.
