Services Connection, Disposal

Services

  • Connection £90.00

We’ll get your new fridge in place in your kitchen unit, level the feet and take away all the bulky packaging for you. We’ll fit the cupboard doors too, and if your new fridge has reversible doors that you need swapping round, we can do this at the same time. We’ll also disconnect your old appliance as part of this service. Your new appliance will need to sit for a few hours before it’s plugged in, just to make sure the gas coolant inside the fridge settles.

  • Disposal £20.00

We’ll happily take away your old appliance for you and recycle it. All we ask is that it’s disconnected, empty and ready to go – or if you’ve ordered our connection service for your new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you. The fee for this service relates to the cost of taking your old appliance away on our van rather than the recycling service.

Tips for measuring up

Want to make sure this integrated under counter fridge will fit in your kitchen? Check out our handy measurement guide video. We’ll show you everything you need to know about measuring up in just a few simple steps, so your new appliance will fit like a glove.

2 shelves

Ideal for a smaller household, this fridge freezer has 2 shelves in the fridge compartment, giving you enough room to arrange your weekly shop. You can store your dairy products and meat on separate shelves, to keep all your food hygienic and organised.

Adjustable thermostat

You’ll have total control with this fridge as it features a handy adjustable thermostat that allows you to adjust the temperature. The lower the temperature, the cooler and fresher your food will stay. This feature comes in really handy if you’ve accidentally left your fridge door open, as you can lower the temperature to quickly chill your food again. Plus, you can also save energy and money on your bills by using less power but still providing a cool environment for your food.

Auto Defrost

Featuring intelligent auto-defrost technology, this fridge is super low maintenance. There’s a small drainage hole at the back of the cabinet that channels away excess moisture before it has chance to freeze – so there’s never any build-up of ice. This means that you always have a lovely, frost free space for your food. And, there’s never any need to switch off this model or remove your food, making things even easier.

A plus energy rating

Energy ratings for fridges range from A+++ to D. The higher the rating, the more efficient your appliance will be. This model has an A+ rating which is fairly good. It’ll use less energy than lower rated models – which is both great for the environment and your electricity bill.

Fits under counter

Ideal if you want to create a more streamlined kitchen, or you already have built-in appliances, this model has been designed to fit perfectly underneath kitchen worktops. It’s a more compact size, so it tucks away neatly under counters for your convenience - simply check the dimensions in the specification to ensure it’ll fit.

Good product with daft salad storage

I'm very happy with this fridge, it is better than I thought it would be as I'm not a fan of under counter fridges (new kitchen layout forced it). I have removed the box which hung from the top door shelf as it got in the way of tall bottles but that's personal choice. The one con is the salad section which is set into the bottom of the appliance. This is a lift out box that fits into the recess with a glass half-shelf that sits on top of it. The problem is that the box doesn't sit flat into the recess so the shelf won't lay flat either so it won't stay still in one place. I have ended up removing the shelf entirely and leaving the salad box open at the top. This actually works very well as I can fit more into it and it saves moving the shelf backwards to access the contents (and moving the shelf back means you can't store anything behind the shelf anyway). So, overall, I'm now happier than if I'd had a sliding shelf, but it does seem an odd way to design it!

Great fridge

Great fridge, exactly as described my only criticism is that the instructions for attaching the kitchen unit door are inadequate.

Great little fridge.

I am really impressed with my new built in fridge. It is quiet, has great storage and the glass shelving is sturdy and they are well spaced .There is a handy salad drawer at the bottom that is easily removed for cleaning. So far even in this heat the temperature has not been a problem. Overall it is a great fridge for a fair price!.If I'm being a little picky the instructions to refit the door were a tad confusing but sorted.

Good value replacement

It certainly meets expectations so far; relatively quiet and fitted without too much adjustment. Like most appliances, the adjustable feet are not designed to be slid over the floor which makes it harder to locate under the worktop! Fittings for the front door attachment were not sufficient... and a little clumsy looking... 'good job I kept the old ones!

Not happy

Bought this 18 months ago. Motor has gone and "uneconomical to repair" (ie 150% of the cost of buying a new fridge!) So now I have to replace it - it won't be another Candy! Build quality was pretty disappointing - weak plastic legs and substandard doorshelves.
