I love the performance and I really couldn't believe how quickly it hoovered up the dog hair. Looks like a new carpet. I did find it difficult to put it together though, I hadn't got a clue what I was doing, or what to do to charge it. I have never been very good at the practicalities. But having succeeded I can't stress enough how easy it was to use, better than anything I have ever used before.

Love buying from AO. This is my second AEG vacuum because it is neat, efficient and cordless. Excellent value for money and second to none delivery and service. Highly recommended

VERY PLEASED WITH THE VACUUM CLEANER. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS WITH THE SMALL HAND HELD UNIT WHICH I INADVERTENTLY SWITCH OFF WHILST HOOVERING AS MY FINGER SLIDES DOWN ONTO THE SWITCH. PERHAPS THIS SWITCH COULD BE SLIGHTLY RAISED TO AVOID THIS.

Lightweight, manoeuvres around the house with excellent sucking power even on a low setting. Detachable tool a bonus for stairs etc. Easy to empty.

Decided to take the plunge and buy a cordless vacuum as the old faithful, corded model was getting cumbersome. I didn’t like the price of the market-leader (or noise levels) and so was looking for an alternative. And this, it seems, is it. Slim, light and constantly ready-to-go (no need to plan vacuuming and charge it up especially like with some models) as you leave it plugged in on charge all the time so it takes the charge whenever it requires it. The battery is one of the best I’ve found in terms of duration and so there’s plenty of juice to do your entire house in one go (45 minutes of run-time on the lower of the two speed settings, which is more than effective for a general clean-up). The LEDs on the front of the head are brilliant for spotting debris. And it comes with all the tools you need: a smaller roller brush head for stairs/vehicle/upholstery plus a nozzle with bristles. It’s easy to clean and you can rinse the filters now and again for a thorough refresh. Replacements are relatively cheap too. Overall, I remain amazed at what this AEG cordless picked up after I’d already supposedly cleaned up using my corded vacuum. Vacuuming just got a little bit easier and effective yet still at a very reasonable cost.
