    Tips for measuring up

When measuring for a cooker hood, we recommend matching the size of your new hood with the size of your hob – if they’re the same width, you’ll have a smoke- and odour-free kitchen. Also, check that the bottom of the hood will be at least 75cm from your hob.

    Great product

Brilliant product. One of the most powerful extraction rate units for its size. Great style and finish. I do find it a bit noisy though. Please note you do not cut a hole in the underside of the unit and install this fan. You will have cut the front of the bottom panel as it sits flush to the front end of the unit.

    Fantastic extraction rate

Instructions a little confusing at the beginning but after installing it a few times into a bespoke cupboard unit the extractor fan is brilliant. On level 1 the external outlet cover slats are verticle. Level 3 and I'm a little concerned that the venting kit may go through the wall with the extracted air. Lights are good. Easy to get to and remove/replace grease filter. Nothing shows when cupboard doors are closed. Very happy.

If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.
