    We love our new oven! Buying it from AO was brilliant because they delivered and fitted it and also took away the old unit. My kitchen was left clean and tidy with the new oven looking perfect. I have purchased from AO previously, and will use them again.

    Does everything we want it to. The symbols for grill etc take a little getting used to but that isn't a product fault it is just different to our previous oven. Grilling does tend to cause a bit of smoke (even when the food isn't burnt!) But again, that is just a bit different to our previous oven. Very pleased with the product.

    This is a great double oven warms up really quickly has great fractures and looks great in my kitchen. The only criticism I may have it is hard to see the cooking temperatures. Apart from that I love the oven.

      Get your new oven fitted the same day it’s delivered. Our engineers will disconnect your old appliance before getting your new one set up. We'll give your new appliance a full health check to ensure it’s safe and ready to use straight away.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
