Doesn't really work very well...

We had a smeg dishwasher previously and it was wonderful - there was nothing it wouldn't clean and the door opening on it's own is a great bit of design.
This however, is a big disappointment. None of the functions other than the 27 minute cycle have worked since we purchased it, and the door doesn't automatically open. I know it's defective, and it will need to be repaired, but this was the second out of a number of appliances I purchased from AO which didn't work properly out of the box.
On the 27 minute cycle, it cleans things "fine" but lots of stuff comes out still with food on it.

So far so good. It’s quite clunky and noisy compared to my previous Smeg dishwasher. Less robust as all inner mechanisms are now plastic unlike the previous metal parts.
