    With baby number 2 due in Feb '24 I knew i wouldn't have time putting wet clothes on my heated airer and needed a dryer that wouldn't boil and shrink baby clothes like my washer/dryer does, my mum has got a heat pump dryer so i decided to go for the same type. This machine is very sleek and the 5 year warranty had me sold. The AI cycle is the only one I use as it senses the weight and moisture in the clothes and dries accordingly, you can set how dry you want the clothes. The smart control connected to my Samsung phone without me having to do anything really, it tells you when the heat exchanger needs to be cleaned, notifies you if the door is open, how long a cycle is going to take and when it's finished. You can set the program from the app however you have to physically turn it on, handy if you're out and the hubby doesn't know what to do! Reverse action on the drum means bedsheets don't get too tangled and dry somewhat evenly. Love this machine it's made doing the laundry so easy wish I had bought it sooner!

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
