    Personally, I think it's a great coffee maker. After the initial set up, it's so easy to use. I'm not a big coffee drinker but my girlfriend is and she loves it. I'd literally never used a milk frother before and nailed it on the first try. The cup warmer takes a while to heat up, but we don't use it anyway - overall it looks great and the worktop and makes a great cup of coffee, easily - what more could you want? It's definitely pricier than it's competitors but you're paying for quality.
