If you’re self-isolating then we’re now only able to deliver products to your doorstep. Otherwise, we’ll come into your home but only deliver to behind your main door. Unfortunately, as our delivery partner is no longer able to operate in Northern Ireland, we are unable to offer home delivery to any Northern Ireland postcode.
We’ll deliver any product to your home, 7 days a week.
We’re taking a sensible approach to the evolving Coronavirus situation, and so we have had to make some changes to our services.
If you’ve selected our connection service for your new appliance, we’ll happily disconnect your old one for you. You’ll just need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property ready for us to collect, as we won’t be able to remove it from any other room in your home.
We’ll happily take your old appliance away when you order a new one. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility. All we ask is that it’s disconnected, empty and ready to go – or if you’ve ordered our connection service for your new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you. 100% of the cost of this service relates to safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are borne by the product manufacturer.
Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
We’ll email you the claim form after your delivery. Just fill it in and we’ll transfer the money directly to your account.
