Excellent product, almost 5-stars; less intuitive controls.

Good size door and neat overall appearance. The combination of selector dial and screen with special purpose function buttons can take a while to get used to, especially as the default settings for cottons or whites may result in cycle times of more than four hours. There doesn't seem to be any recent recall so it is necessary to set preferred options each wash. The 'cupboard extra dry' option works as advertised which can leave clothes extra creased, so 'hangar dry' or 'ironing dry' are often more practical, which reinforces the wish that it was possible to access custom options instead of having to remember to enable the drying option and thence pick the appropriate drying level and or spin speed and or rapid function. Often, these screen (drying,spin,rapid) options are unavailable depending upon the rotary selector switch option (at least 10 options). Once the control options have become familiar these comments become less of a concern, but as an example, if wishing to do a simply 30 minute drying only operation, then there will be several necessary keypresses aside from the on-selector-start sequence.
