Following the latest Government advice, we’ve had to make some changes to our services.
We can still collect your old appliance and take it away for recycling. You’ll just need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property ready for us to collect, as we won’t be able to remove it from any other room in your home.
We’ll happily take your old appliance away when you order a new one. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility. All we ask is that it's disconnected, emptied, fully defrosted and free of any ice and water. 100% of the cost of this service relates to safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are borne by the product manufacturer.
Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.

Very pleased with my new fridge freezer. Nice and roomy with plenty of space for my weekly shop. Not too noisy and nice clean lines. Door handle on the edge rather than the bottom taking a bit of getting used to.

Our new fridge freezer was delivered as scheduled by very competent driver and assistant. When opened from the package, I was pleased with how the fridge freezer looked and once placed how great it worked.
I love the layout of both the fridge and the freezer and recommend it for a basic fridge freezer. I especially like the glass doors in the freezer section as it means I can see what I've bought and when it needs stocking up again. And for the fridge section, it's an ideal height as I'm small in stature. I'm glad that I've purchased this item and should have done it sooner!
